Hey friends!

First and foremost, thank you so much for your interest in, and heart for, Isaiah 117 House. The outpouring we have received since March 2020 has been nothing short of miraculous. So many people want to do so much good!! It has renewed my belief in the local church and humanity.

Over the past six years, we have experienced over 3000% growth as an organization. Although beautiful and amazing, there is also a hard, overwhelming side to this kind of growth. For the organization's health, 140+ staff members, and over 6,000 volunteers, it is time for us to take a Sabbath. We believe the Lord has ordained this and his words from Leviticus support this - “For six years you may plant your fields and prune your vineyards and harvest your crops, but during the seventh year the land must have a Sabbath year of complete rest. It is the Lord’s Sabbath.” Lev. 25:3-4.

As we enter our 7th year (our first home opened in June 2018), we will take our sabbath year to focus on our current locations, loving on our current staff and volunteers, and making sure our people feel supported.

For that reason, we will not be launching any new locations from June 2024 to June 2025. We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and your team. We believe this is an essential moment for Isaiah 117 House and our continued efforts to follow hard after God and His plan for this ministry.
